Welcome to RAYAH Health. These Terms of Service outline the expectations, boundaries, and policies that support a safe, professional, and effective therapeutic experience. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Scope of Practice

RAYAH Health provides non-medical, non-diagnostic, manual and breath-based therapies focused on:

Practitioners at RAYAH Health do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure medical conditions. Our services are complementary to, not replacements for, medical care.

You agree to:

consult your physician or healthcare provider for any medical concerns

disclose relevant health information prior to your treatment

understand that results vary based on individual physiology and lifestyle

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and appropriate care, clients agree to:

provide accurate and complete health information during intake

update RAYAH Health with any changes to their health status

follow pre- and post-treatment instructions

immediately inform the practitioner of discomfort during treatment

Failure to disclose medical conditions may result in refusal of service.

3. Contraindications

Certain conditions require medical clearance or are temporarily contraindicated for lymphatic and fascial-based therapies.

You agree that you will not book or will inform us immediately if you currently have:

recent surgery (unless booking a Post-Op service appropriate to your stage)

uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions

active cancer under treatment (unless medically cleared)

DVT, active clotting disorders, recent embolism

uncontrolled high blood pressure

active skin infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions

For pregnancy: specialized FLORA™ Perinatal services are required after the first trimester.

RAYAH Health reserves the right to decline treatment when clinically appropriate.

4. Appointment Policies

Arrival

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client.

Refund & Cancellation

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking.

RAYAH Health does not direct-bill insurance providers.

6. Nature of Service + Touch Consent

RAYAH Health treatments are hands-on therapies that may include:

gentle pressure along lymphatic pathways

abdominal work

head, neck, scalp, and intra-oral work (only when booked explicitly)

mobility and stretch techniques

breast massage (only when booked explicitly)

You provide consent to therapeutic, professional touch within the scope of your chosen service. You may withdraw consent at any time.

7. Results + Expectations

Manual therapies support circulation, lymphatic flow, mobility, and nervous-system regulation. Results vary and may include:

temporary fatigue or increased elimination

RAYAH Health does not guarantee specific aesthetic, medical, or weight-related outcomes.

8. Post-Treatment Effects

Normal temporary responses may include:

temporary swelling or tenderness in certain areas

emotional release or nervous-system shifts

If symptoms feel unusual or persist beyond 24–48 hours, consult a healthcare provider.

9. Privacy + Confidentiality

All client information, health history, and session details are kept confidential and stored securely. We do not share information without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Right to Refuse Service

RAYAH Health may refuse or discontinue services if:

a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

boundaries or safety expectations are violated

disrespectful or inappropriate behavior occurs

This protects both client and practitioner safety.

11. Gift Cards + Packages

Gift cards and pre-paid packages:

12. Limitation of Liability
