RAYAH Health is committed to providing high-quality, personalized lymphatic therapy services. Due to the nature of our services, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services.

Services

All services provided by RAYAH Health are non-refundable once rendered.

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client and require preparation time, practitioner availability, and dedicated treatment space. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions, missed appointments, or late cancellations (24 hours).

Prepaid Services & Packages (if applicable)

Prepaid services or packages are non-refundable

Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser

Packages may be subject to an expiration period as outlined at the time of purchase

Unused sessions are not eligible for refunds once a package has been purchased.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
                                                                                                                                 Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show), will result in the full service fee being charged. Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows. Clients who cancel within the stated notice period may reschedule without penalty. Cancellations outside the notice window or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Medical Cancellations
                                                                                                                                                  If a session must be discontinued or postponed due to client-disclosed medical contraindications, safety concerns, or practitioner judgment, the appointment may be rescheduled at the discretion of RAYAH Health. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered only at the sole discretion of RAYAH Health in exceptional circumstances.

Third-Party Fees

Any third-party processing fees (including booking or payment processor fees) are non-refundable.

Acknowledgement

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
