This treatment uses only gentle, medically-appropriate Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) techniques specifically designed for post-operative care.
Pressure, pace, and technique are adjusted based on:
- your surgeon’s guidelines
- your procedure (e.g. liposuction, abdominoplasty, breast surgery, facial procedures)
- your healing phase
- visible swelling, fibrosis, or sensitivity
Sessions may also incorporate breathwork, light fascia release, and reflexology cues to support drainage and calm the nervous system — but only when appropriate for your stage of healing. No deep pressure, sculpting, or techniques that could disrupt healing are used.

- Mild fatigue can occur as your system processes increased fluid movement — hydration is essential
