FLORA™ Perinatal uses gentle, pregnancy-safe Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) combined with fascia-focused release, breathwork, and reflexology cues. Each session is tailored to the stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery, avoiding pressure styles or positions that are not appropriate during this time.
