Cancellation & Late Appointment Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. At RAYAH Health, we value your time and ours, and we understand that life occasionally requires flexibility. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another guest on our waitlist.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines
24+ hours in advance: No charge — we’ll gladly help you find a new time that works for you.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: A fee of 50 % of your scheduled treatment may apply.
Less than 3 hours’ notice or no-shows: The full treatment cost (100 %) will be charged.
To confirm your booking, a valid credit card is required at the time of scheduling.
Any applicable fees for late cancellations or missed appointments will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Treatment Packages & Prepaid Services
Prepaid treatments or packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once your first session has commenced.
If you wish to cancel a package before your first visit, your payment or deposit is fully refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed sessions from a prepaid series will result in that session being deducted from your package balance.
Arriving Late
We do our best to accommodate all guests and ensure everyone receives the full experience they’ve reserved. If you’re running late, please call or text us as soon as possible.
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to stay on schedule.
For time-sensitive treatments requiring preparation or numbing, we may need to reschedule to ensure you receive your full service.
Arrivals beyond the grace period may be considered a last-minute cancellation, with fees applied according to our policy above.
Illness & Health Considerations
If you’re experiencing any contagious symptoms, or have been advised by a healthcare provider to delay treatment, please reach out no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We’ll work with you to reschedule — your health and safety always come first. Please refer to our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines.

You can modify or cancel appointments directly through your confirmation email or via your account in our Acuity booking platform.

Please avoid cancellations through social DMs, as they may not be received in time.
Exceptions & Emergencies
We understand that unexpected events can happen. In the case of illness, emergency, or severe weather, please reach out as soon as possible — we’ll always review these situations with compassion and flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
Dog on Site
Please note that our friendly Australian Shepherd Ringo is present on-site. While the space is kept meticulously clean, I cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have a known dog allergy or sensitivity, this setting may not be suitable for you. If you feel more comfortable without animals present, please let me know — your comfort always comes first.
